Event Registration

Our registration tools are extremely customizable for a wide variety of admissions, contests, and products. Online tools allow dancers to pre-register and reserve tables, then return later to update their registrations as needed.

Contest Management

CountryDanceDirector supports a wide variety of contest types, with scoring calculations based upon ACDA, UCWDC, and WSDC methodologies. Contests are fully configurable with unlimited category definitions, allowing for the implementation of a wide variety of contest types, from standard ACDA and UCWDC formats to any other format your event requires. In addition, our tools simplify contest management, including ballot generation, contest rounds advancement, finals pairings for Jack & Jill formats, automatic generation of contest heats, and more. Score calculations include full textual explanations for every placement.

Event Products

Promote your event using any manner of product offerings, such as t-shirt and other apparel, coffee mugs or koozies, or whatever your imagination can devise. Product sales apply sales taxes appropriately, and product features allow specificity of products by size and color.
